Do you have a retail store location?

The Pub Shoppe is a web base operation since 1995. Our warehouse is made available for customer pickup with proper scheduling. The Pub Shoppe business address is 978 Lindsay Lane, Lancaster, PA 17601.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, some of our products are available for wholesale purchase. A resale license number is required. Please contact us at sales@thepubshoppe.com with inquiries for details and pricing.

How do I place an order through the mail?

For U.S. orders, please call us at toll free 1-888-384-3782 so that we can take your order. We will send you tracking information via email if provided. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express. You may also mail us a check to The Pub Shoppe, 978 Lindsay Lane, Lancaster, PA 17601. Upon receipt and clearance of your check, we will ship your order.

For International orders, please call our international phone number 001.717.892.7110. We do not accept checks drawn on non-U.S. banks. All prices are in U.S. dollars

How do I contact your buyers?

How do I return something?

You may return new, unused items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund less transportation charges. Transportation charges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the items were damaged in transit or the result of our error. Please ship all returns with a reliable carrier and obtain a tracking number to follow its progress. Items must be returned in their original packaging. A refund to your credit card for the amount of the item purchased and returned will be applied shortly following receipt of your return purchase

Cancellation Policy

All orders may be canceled without charge until the order has shipped. Should your order have already been processed and is in transit, all carrier and applicable return charges will be the responsibility of the customer

Feel free to contact us toll free 1-888-384-3782 with any questions about your return. We do require an invoice number to reference you order. All returns must be sent prepaid. No COD’s will be accepted. All exchanges will incur a new shipping charge payable in advance of shipping

Is there sales tax on my order?

Only orders delivered within Pennsylvania are subject to 6% Sales. Clothing excluded.
