I can't say enough how good the customer service plus the quality of the product is from the Pub Shoppe. I bought a medium size Guinness Mirror for my home bar. I was making my own frame and broke my mirror when mounting it to my custom made frame. The Pub Shoppe worked with me to get a new mirror even when they were short on stock. Thank you as the mirror has totally made my new, basement bar look professional.

The Pub Shoppe has not only outstanding products, but top-notch customer service as well.

My son-in-law was thrilled with his beautiful new crystal yard of ale and wood holder. However, as Murphy's Law sometimes dictates, s*** happens and a piece to the mount was missing. The Pub Shoppe immediately corrected the problem, and my son-in-law had all he needed within days.

I have to say the level of personal customer service from The Pub Shoppe is second to none. Ordered a Guiness Bar Mirror (Large). Very beautiful piece, strong and looks great in my Irish pub in my basement.
